    Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent using a 24hr delivery service (standard delivery areas, see below for details)*

    Not going to be in? No problem! Your order can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour - just let our delivery partner know your preferences.

  • Most mainland postcodes in Scotland, excluding Scottish highlands and some harder to reach areas (see below)

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays). Dispatch can take between 1-3 days depending on demand. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email and your order will then usually arrive within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, our delivery charges to some locations in the UK are higher due to increased costs for our delivery partners to reach you.

AB31 - AB38, AB40 - AB56, AB99, FK17 - FK21, HS, IV1 - IV63, KA27 - KA28, KW1 - KW17, PA20 - PA80, PH4 - PH44, PH49 - PH50, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE

FAQ

I have a delivery accessibility requirement, can you help me?

Our delivery partners both offer apps allowing you to specify any access requirements you have to arrange more accessible deliveries.

What delivery packaging materials do you use and are they recyclable?

We use recycled and recyclable materials wherever possible, and try to reduce the amount of packaging we use.

My order said it would be sent via a particular courier but I've received a tracking code for a different courier, why is this?

Sometimes the original courier may have an issue or not have capacity to deliver your order. When this happens, we may re-assign it to a different courier to ensure it arrives on time. You won't be charged extra for this change.

I think I have been charged incorrectly for shipping

Please contact our customer service team and we'll look into this for you. You will be refunded your delivery charge if it has been applied in error.
